I would say go with your interests. Both the courses, that is, B,Sc Biotechnology and B.Sc Zoology have their own scopes and opportunities. You need to decide which one would you prefer as per your interests.

From Biotechnology, you can get into fields such as electronics, manufacturing, business, finance, banking, police, railway, defence, information technology, automobile, communication, education, entertainment etc, as it is basically an engineering field. From Zoology, you still can join some of the above mentioned options such as education, communication, railway, entertainment, business and take up zoology specific roles such as faculty, wildlife educator, conservationist, wildlife biologist, forensic expert, lab technician, veterinarian, animal behaviorist, zoo curator, etc.
