MSc Microbiology and Virology both the courses are good and have great scope in near future. It's difficult to differentiate them. Nowadays, Virology is one of the most demanded courses among students. After completing MSc Virology, you can work as Virologist, Research Analyst etc. The recruiting areas are almost same for Microbiology and Virology.
