Dear,

All the branches of engineering will still be in demand in 5, 10, and 20 years. If you’re considering engineering as a lifelong career, the first thing you need to know is which branch is the best for you. The most important factors for success in a career are:It’s something you find interesting and enjoyable, maybe even have a passion for or It uses your specific talents and abilities.

There are many different kinds of engineering work, so think about what you find interesting and enjoy working with. Also think about your particular strengths: computers, mechanical design, electrical projects, civil projects or some other area.

Well you should understand that degrees are never in demand. Companies don’t necessarily care what content you studied in college. They want to see “relevant work experience”.Engineers will always be in demand. Because we like to build stuff and sell it.Focus on applying your engineering skills to building “stuff” that is in demand like Lithium Ion Batteries, bridges, websites, apps and houses. The books you read to teach you the stuff don’t matter to the job market. What matters to the job market is the work you’ve done and the results you can achieve as an engineer.

Hope this helps!
