which course has vast job opportunities whether B.sc biotechnology or B.tech biotechnology , and what are the college's that is good for this course and how I want apply for this

There is a huge difference between BSc biotechnology and BTech biotechnology. For BSC biotechnology is it 3 years course and it focuses to the basics and core and applied aspects of all of the fields in biotechnology. Weather on the B tech biotechnology, it will be a 4 year long professional degree course where you can know more about technological aspects of biotechnology, there will be more, labwork and practicals in BTech biotechnology. BSc biotechnology focuses with core subjects.
If you talk about the job opportunities,most of the BTech biotechnology student is go abroad or want to pursue higher studies on this field some also go to the MBA, in some top colleges like IIT and NIT also various biotech companies comes for for campus placement drives in pharmaceutical companies and other companies.
However on the other hand most of the BSc biotechnology students go for or their higher studies, ie MSc ,in TIFR, IITs ,IISCs,Du etc.after receiving MSc degree from reputed Institute you can have a placement drive directly from the campus, aur can work in research lab as well.
