CSE (AI and ML) is more towards specific specialization and focus towards Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. AI and ML technologies have developed an increasing demand for companies to hire engineers or computer science students who have knowledge and experience in this domain. If you are definite towards making career in the field of AI and ML, you can go for CSE (AI and ML). Otherwise, CSE will expand your opportunities and career options better as compared to CSE (AI and ML)
