If you want to become a blockchain developer, Indian Institute of Technologies provide many good courses in Blockchain under the Computer Science and Engineering department. So, I would highly suggest that for now stick to the fundamentals, and prepare well for the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced and get into the CSE branch of any IIT, and you'll do just great in Blockchain.
