If you really want to do something in the Computer science field then go for Btech degree which is of 4 years from a good institute. Btech will provide you skills and knowledge necessary to get a opportunity when you complete your education. Btech is also more valuable than a bsc degree. Both Bsc Computer Science hons. And btech Computer Science honours are good degrees, both are good in their own aspect, but on comparing both I will suggest you to go for Btech in computer science, as BTech is a engineering degree in Computer Science whereas Bsc in computer science is a bachelor's degree in computer science, So getting a engineering degree in computer science is much valueable and recognised then getting a bsc degree in same.
But still I will say both of the degrees are best in their own aspect.
