It cannot be said that one course is better than the other. You can compare the courses and choose 1 on the basis of your interests and what you are expecting from the course.
BOT - Bachelor of occupational therapy is a 4.5yrs course. It includes rehabilitating people with physical, emotional and mental difficulties. The average annual salary that could be earned is 2 - 6 lakhs.
B.pharma - Bachelor of pharmacy is a 4yrs course. It has a lot opportunities. You can work in government or private. After a few years of experience, you can earn 9 - 12 lakhs per annum.
BPT - Bachelor of physiotherapy is a 4yrs course. Job opportunities are available in hospitals, health institutes, fitness centres and private clinics. The average annual salary that could be earned is 2 - 8 lakhs.
BSC - B.sc. in cardiovascular technology is a 3yrs course. Job opportunities like cardiovascular technologist, cardiologist and medical sonographer are available. The average annual salary that could be earned is 2 - 20 lakhs.

Hii,I don't think it's an easy choice. Just because you have bohlth the choices available doesn't mean you just pick one and go about it. There are a lot of the finer details that go into it.
Personally I would rather choose biotechnology. And I have my own reasons for choosing that. I have friends who are physiotherapists and even that is a great career option, if you're into it.What's more important is your inclination towards a certain nuance or niche which decides what you'll choose
