As for cardiovascular technology this trained professional who assist the physicians in the treatment and diagnosis of heart(cardiac) and peripheral vascular condition. This course has a rewarding career, well paid and is in high demand in the health care industry

I think cardiac perfusion technology is better as it lets you be your own boss. In cardiac care or cardiovascular technology you have to work under doctors you can't make your own decisions. Where as a perfusionist you can administer the drug of your choice and you can do anything you like to improve the condition of the patient. During a heart surgery the surgeon, the perfusionist and the anesthetist are the 3 main person in the room
