so you have asked about best course that too for a bright student then let me tell you there is no such course which we can title as best and worst , it just all depend on area of interest someone having , every student can make their course best if they chose it of their choice, and every student can be bright by choosing the course of their interest.

as you have not mentioned anything like in which field or in which stream student is bright, let say if he is bright in science field then IIT would be best for him or let say he is so good at commerce then he must be capable of CA . like that.
