which course is best for engineering
Hello!
It really depends upon your interest!
- If you are looking placement oriented branches, i recommend Computer Science, Information Science, Elcetronics and Communication and the sub branches of the same.
- If you want to try for government jobs after B.Tech or B.E, I would recommend Civil Engineering, EC.
- If you are into biology and research side I would say Biotechnology, Environmental engineering.
- If you are very fond of machines, automobiles and hardware aspects, you can choose mechanical engineering.
- If you enjoy math and coding, then CS always welcomes you.
It also depends upon your ranking as cutoff varies for different branches. Not every branch ensures same placement or job opportunities. There are some perks of certain branches like EC in that you can get into both software and hardware industries. So decide according to you interest.
All the best!
hello aspirant,
according to me any branch that you want to persue/have interest in will be the best course for you.
it doesn't only depends on branches, as which one is in demand these days , but it mostly depends on your interest.
these days CSE,IT and ECE departments have better placement opportunities than any other branch in any good college, but make sure that if you do not have interest in these branches , do not opt for them,
instead choose a branch which that suits you according to your interests.
hope that helps
all the best
Hello,
Engineering is basically divided into various fields/branches like Mechanical engineering, Computer engineering, Civil Engineering, Electronic and telecommunication engineering, electrical engineering, Information technology, automobile engineering, chemical engineering, aerospace engineering, aeronautics engineering, etc.
These branches basically have an importance and distinction in themselves.
In order to select branch which will be suitable for you you must know your interest first.
Mechanical and automobile engineering are related to machines and mechanical is more diversified.
Electrical and ENTC are based on electrical circuits and equipment.
Civil engineering is for construction area which includes buildings, road, bridges etc
Computer and IT are for software related learning and also have a good scope as digitization is increasing.
Other than these branches there is biomedical too which is related to medical equipment engineering.
So in order to select the branch you may look for their future prospect, your interest, colleges providing that branch, job perspective, etc.
