There are many fields a medical can pursue B.Sc Hons. in, like : Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Dietetics, Food Technology, Forensic Science, Forestry, Medical Technology, Microbiology, Nursing, Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Genetics, etc.
All these fields are best in themselves but what matters to you should be your interest.
And as per your second question all the colleges written below of Delhi University are best for BSc. :
