Dear,

It is totally depends upon your interest and passion. You will surely excel in any field you opt for.The major fields to do in btech are:

  1. Computer Science and Engineering.
  2. Electronics and Communication Engineering.
  3. Mechanical Engineering.
  4. Electrical Engineering.
  5. Civil Engineering.
  6. Chemical Engineering.
  7. Biochemical / Biomedical Engineering.
  8. Aerospace / Aeronautical Engineering.

Basically all fields have a good scope in future, so it is difficult to tell which course is the best. If you have interests in coding and tech events, you can choose Computer Engg. Electronics & Communication Engineering deals with the electronic devices, circuits, communication equipment like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits (IC).Electrical engineering is a professional engineering discipline that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism. Civil engineering is a professional engineering discipline that deals with the design, construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment.Aerospace engineering is the primary field of engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft. If you excel in any one, you have great companies waiting for you.

All the best.

Hope this helps!

Dear Aspirant,

The best courses/trades/streams in the btech currently are the following:-

Computer science and engineering: CSE has the highest placements in the btech in any college and the career growth is very good.

Information Technology: IT is also the same story as CSE but just some changes in the syllabus. Job opportunities are almost as equal to the CSE.

Artificial Intelligence and Data Science: This is a relatively new branch but 3-4 years from now this will be the most in demand branch of the btech. Till now only mtech is there in this field but now btech is also there.

Electronics and Communication engineering: ECE is also one of the most in demand branch with jobs in sectors like telecom industry.

Hope this helps. Thank  you.
