physics and math based subjects are in engineering

electrical, electrical and electronics, electronics and comunication, electronics and instrumentation, mechanical, civil, comuter science engineering, information technology, etc

chemistry based subjects

chemical engineering, petroleum engineering, biotechnology, bio medical, ceramic technology,etc

so please decide as your interest.

Frankly say all the branches are very good in engineering where as it depends on you which area you are interested in apart from that let me tell you ever green branches luke computer science and electronic and communication engineering or information technology as well where you will have great job opportunities along with mechanical and civil as well
