B.pharm is a 4- year course that helps you gain jobs in many sectors. For this you must pass 10th and 12th with Atleast 50% marks with biology or Biotechnology as a major subject.the total course fee is around 95,000.
BASLP (bachelor in audiology and speech- language pathology) us a course that teaches you the techniques and methods used in diagnosing and treating hearing, speech related problems. The total course fee for BASLP is around 20k to 4 L. The admission is on merit basis for which you gave to take up major entrance exams like AIIMS, NEET etc.
Both fields are very good , totally depends on your caliber.
