Which course is better between bpt from ipu and bvoc medical electrophysiology from jmi?? Also plzz tell me the salary scope in both course.
Hello Syed,
If we compare the above courses i.e. Physiotherapy and Medical Electro physiology. we must consider its scope or placements with your interest in that particular subject.
So here is the expected result:
- Physiotherapy is a science that helps improve movement dysfunction, and promote functions of the human body and optimal health. This involves assessment, diagnosis and treatment of disease and disability through physical means.
- An electrophysiology (EP) study is a test performed to assess your heart's electrical system or activity and is used to diagnose abnormal heartbeats or arrhythmia. The test is performed by inserting catheters and then wire electrodes, which measure electrical activity, through blood vessels that enter the heart.
- Physiotherapy course duration is for 4-5 years while EP duration is for 3 years.
-
Physiotherapy scope:Pediatrics Physiotherapy,Obstetrics Physiotherapy, Sports Physiotherapy, Neurology Physiotherapy, Orthopedic Physiotherapy, Geriatrics Physiotherapy, Post Operative Physiotherapy, Cardiovascular Physiotherapy.
EP Scope:The goal of the electrophysiology lab is to perform diagnostic studies to obtain sufficient electrocardiographic and radiologic data regarding bradyarrhythmias, or tachyarrhythmias, and then to perform interventional procedures while maintaining maximal patient safety and comfort.
