Hii,

If you have any personal interest towards the Core Subjects of particular department. Choose as per your own Idea. But if you don't have any idea I suggest you take ECE stream. It is better than EEE in many aspects. Many opportunities will wave at you. You will have Core + Software knowledge.

Hey!

EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) and ECE (Electronics and COmmunications Engineering) might sound similar but they have some differences in the course structure and study material. The main difference being, EEE deals with the study and application of electrical systems and it's uses in various environments. You also have to take some courses on electronics here. However, ECE deals with electronics fully and some parts of communications. Additionally, it contains basics on electrical machines and in depth study of integrated circuits and communication systems. More on this can be found on: https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/articles/comparison-between-engineering-branches-ece-and-eee-blogId-8172 . Placement wise, both the braches offer good opportunities but ECE tends to get higher and better packages.

However, the course that's good for you depends on you and your interests. Hence, it is advised to go through the article above and determine which suits your needs and interests better. Hope this helps. All the best!
