To answer you question "B Tech or BSc", this depends on your interest. If you pursue BSc you can get into research field or work in labs, if you pursue B Tech you can be placed in IT companies, you'll basically lead a corporate life.
Now, since you don't have math, you won't get admission in any of the government colleges for B Tech, though many private college like amity, srm etc. conduct their own private exam and allow admissions to students of any field, you'll just have to crack the exam. Or you can get BSc in government colleges, BSc is also not bad if you're genuinely interested in the subject. So, decide what's better for you according to your interests. My suggestion would be do BSc from a government college and then you can do MBA if you want a corporate life .
