Hello there, let me tell you it totally depends on you , it depends what is your interest and passion . The course you choose in which you have interest in it then it becomes the best. I am enlisting different branches of b.tech

  • Electronic & Communication engineering - it deals with the electronic devices, circuits, Communication equipment like transmitter, receiver, integrated circuits.
  • Computer Science & Engineering- it is a discipline that integrates several fields of electrical engineering and computer science
  • Electrical engineering- it is professional engineering discipline that generally deals with the study and application of electricity, electronic and electromagnetism
  • Mechanical engineering- this is a professional programme which helps students to understand the working mechanism of heavy tools and machinery
  • Civil engineering-  this discipline  deals with the design , construction, and maintenance of the physical and naturally built environment
  • Information Technology engineering-  this division,  concentrates on the study of utilising computer and telecommunications in order to control , gather, store, and circulate information.
  • Food Technology engineering- this encompasses a wide range of activities. Food engineers are employed in food processing, food machinary, packaging, ingredient manufacturing , instrumentation and control
  • Automobile engineering- it is a branch of vehicles engineering, incorporating elements of mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and safety engineering
  • Aerospace engineering- this is the primary field of engineering concerned with the development of aircraft and spacecraft.
  • Biotechnology Engineering- this is the use of living system and organisms to develop or make products
  • Chemical engineering- it is a branch of engineering that applies physical science, life science, together with applied mathematics and economics to produce transform, transport and properly use chemicals, material and energy

Every branch is unique in its own way. But if you want to with the trend then CS . This course is most popular one which students are opting nowadays.
