Bachelor in Economics Honours focuses mainly on studies involving detailed aspects of economics, it provided insight in the areas of economics concerning micro,macro, statistics,international economics etc, while Bachelor in Business Economics focuses on management part as well apart from area of economics concerning consumer behaviour, demand and supply which becomes helpful in business.
Anyway, graduation just lays the foundation for the subject you're choosing, you must also consider doing post graduation ahead, for not just acquiring complete knowledge of your domain but as well as getting well paid salary, job profiles, company and of course growth opportunities.
