Both the courses are good in their own fields.

Pharmacy programme will lead you to pharmaceutical sciences and research in future and other pharmacist jobs. while bsc micro to other aspects of job opportunities like food technologist, microbiologist etc.

You can apply for master's in both the degrees so I can't say one is less than other.

Scope in India for both are available.
