Which course is good for ECE ...Design or Communication regarding good placement?

Hello shivam..
I am hoping that you are asking with respect of M.Tech. So design will be a good option for in ECE as communication is in saturation stage and having limited scope for placement. VHDL based designing will be a good option to get job in some design based company like Qualcomm, Texas Instrumental ,etc
