Both of this course have there own purposes. But if you want to learn a more job oriented course then I would say that BSc IT will be better and if you want to go for more of theatrics in computer science and if you want to go for discrete mathematics and logical circuit methodology then I would recommend you to go for BSc Computer Science. Now after BSc IT or Bsc CS the possibility of getting a good job is very less until and unless you have a very good coding skills. So you have to go for Masters in order to have the maximum scope out of your career. Both of the courses are very similar but BSc IT is more application related and as a result its better if you target for job.
