Hi Ankit Lohani,
Both are good courses but if you want to make a solid choice then culinary arts have better scope in a environment where there are many startups and expansions of different amenities in big corporations.
All the best
Hello Ankit, Both the courses provide good career opportunity and growth. It depends where your interest lies. If it is culinary arts, then you should opt for culinary arts, if it is hospitality, then go for hospitality management. Where do you picture yourself in the future? Do you see yourself working as a culinary artist or as someone from the hospitality sector? Where does your passion lies more, culinary or hospitality? This is an answer which only you can give. Both the profiles have their advantages disadvantages. The course which excites you the most, is the one which has the most career opportunities for you. I am also giving the some of the top institutes/colleges for Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management in India. Some of the best culinary institutes in India are Culinary Academy of India (Hyderabad), Institute of Hotel Management (PUSA), International Institute of Culinary Arts (Delhi), WelcomeGroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration (Manipal) Some of the best Hospitality Management Institutes in India are IHM (Delhi) (Mumbai), (Goa), Christ University (Bangalore) I hope this was helpful and all the best!
