Basically the you can be a good lecturer or profession regarding any stream.

Every stream need a professor.

Now in case of bsc then to be a professor you have to do your phd and after that you can join any reknowned university.

But in case of integrated msc then it is easy for you to get a  job in a quick time.

So if you have the chances for the integrated msc then I suggest you must go for it.
