If you want to pursue B.Tech from these colleges then you have to appear the engineering entrance exams. Many other institutions apart from these also offers engineering education. B-tech and MCA are different as B-tech is done after completion of 10+2 or diploma but MCA is done after completing BCA. BCA is done after a 10+2 or diploma. So, after completing B-tech, there are great opportunities for career options. After completing BCA and MCA, there are numerous job opportunities too.

So, you can think of doing B-tech or BCA and then you can go for M-tech or MCA.

MCA is preferable to B.Tech because it is essentially a post-graduate degree programme, whereas B. Tech only gives you a graduation certificate.
