Though, you have a very good academic record and it shows that you have been consistent in your academic record from your childhood, but I am really sorry to inform you that you would not be getting a call from NITIE Mumbai since it has a cut off of 97+ percentile in CAT for the general candidates.

The colleges mentioned above will land you in a job of 10-12 lakhs per annum but it will also depend on your calibre and your dedication that will give you the kick-start.

You can also appear for other exams like XAT, SNAP, CMAT, TISS, MHCET which will serve you as a gateway to several other good B-Schools and will land you in a job with a hefty package. All you need to do is to decide which specialisation you want to get into. And if at all, you need Operations Management as your career, then you can go for SIOM which takes only engineers with a good Snap score.

NITIE is one of the forerunner institutes which offer industrial management programmes. It offers postgraduate residential programmes namely PGDIE, PGDIM, PGDISEM, PGDMM and PGDPM. Out of the above five, CAT score is accepted for PGDISEM and PGDIM programmes. Rest of the three programmes accept valid GATE score for the admission.
