Farooqia college of pharmacy is a private, AICTE approved college located in Mysore, Karnataka. It was established in 1980. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science.
It has IT infrastructure, separate hostels for boys and girls, library, gym, guest room, cafeteria and sports complex.
Following are the eligibility criteria for getting admission here:
- For admission in D.Pharm, candidate need to pass 10+2 examination in PCM or PCB or PCMB or PUC or first year of three-year degree course.
- In order to get direct admission in B.Pharma second year a candidate should have passed D.Pharma with minimum 40% marks.
- The eligibility criteria for getting admission in D.Pharma is passing 10+2 with PCB or PCM.
- Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of KCET exam scores.
A candidate can apply for admission in following way.

- Then download and fill the application form.
- Make payment to the institute and is payable to principal of the college.
- Now attach Xerox copy of required documents along with 5 passport size photographs.
