Which degree will be use full for banking

For pursuing Banking as a career option, you can pursue the following degrees:

BA (Banking)

BBA in Banking
-
BBA in Banking & Finance
-
B.Com in Banking & Finance

B.Com in Banking Management

B.Com in Banking & Insurance

B.Com (Hons.) in Banking and Insurance
-
BSc in Banking and Finance
Though, it is not compulsory to take any of these in order to pursue banking. you can do graduation and post graduation in other field and appear for banking exams.

For most or the Bank service examination in India you need to just have a graduate degree and with that a lot of preparation regarding the exam. So as you can understand there is no need of any specific degree to work in bank sector and the things you will need will be taught to you during training.
Now for private banks also the same applies although in ICICI banks, HDFC etc they prefer to have a commerce/Economics/Mathematics background for students who want to be in technical divisions i.e., in head quarters. But in general also they dont ask for any of such specifics.
I would say if you want to learn then Commerce can be a great option for you. Also if you are in Mathematics then you can specialize in Industrial Mathematics/Business Mathematics. Also economics can be a great option for you. But any such isn't required compulsorily.
