According to latest curriculum of rules given by NEET, the necessary and allowed documents are:-
1) Printed copy of admit card issued by NTA official website.
2) Photo id proof
3) 2 passport sized photo affixed on performa and attendance sheet

Hey!!
You need to carry your admit card for neet , passport size photographs and valid id proof like aadhar card. However, id proof card is not mandatory but still you can carry to avoid any kind of issues. As sometimes, it creates problem.
