Which document I need to upload for UPSEE Counselling Registration?

Congratulations on qualifying for UPSEE 2019. You can now register for the counseling process which has begun today by logging on to upsee website:

The following steps needed to be followed for the registration:


1) Registration, Document uploading & Payment of counseling fee: The selected candidates need to provide their UPSEE 2019 roll number, the application number, father’s name and candidate’s date of birth to register. Then you'll be registered after which you need to fill in the required details and pay the admission fees online.


(General candidates: Rs 20,000 and SC & ST candidates need to pay Rs 12,000)


2) Document verification: You are supposed to upload the following documents while filling out the form-


•UPSEE Admit Card 2019


•UPSEE Rank Card 2019


•Usually it is the

Class


10th and 12th Certificate & mark sheet but here you need to submit your diploma completion certificate with atleast 45% marks for general category applicants and 40% marks for reserved category applicant for a BTech eligibility.



•Rural weightage certificate (if required)


•Domicile certificate


•Character certificate


•Certificate of Medical Fitness


•Category certificate for OBC/SC/ST (if applicable) and Subcategory certificate for Freedom fighters/Armed forces/ Physically handicapped if applicable.


•Income certificate for economically weak candidates


•After document verification, candidates will be sent an OTP to log in and fill in the choices.


3) Filling of choices: Choose your preferred college and courses (as many as needed).


4) Then seats will be allotted based on the availability of seats and merit rank.


5) If the candidate is happy with the seat allotted then they can freeze the option, or if they want an upgrade then they can select the float option and if the candidate is not happy with the allotment and would not like to carry on further with the admission procedure then he/she can select the 'Withdraw' option.


6) Candidates who have been allotted seats will then have to report to the allotted college along with all the required documents to confirm their allotted seats.

Lateral entry in B.Tech for engineering diploma holders is open only in the institutions affiliated to AKTU, Lucknow.




Candidates who have passed three years Diploma are eligible for admission to second year of the respective branch of Engineering/Technology.

Hello Aspirant,

You have to submit the certificate  of your diploma course completion , and not your 12 th marksheet as the usual candidates do.

The other procedures are same as the other candidates.The identification certificates,income certificates if needed, community certificate , and you might also need an age proof for which you can use the aadhar card itself.
