You'll need to provide the following documents during the time of admission in medical colleges :-

• NEET admit card
• NEET marksheet
• Provisional Allotment letter
• Class 10 and 12 marksheet
• Class 10 and 12 certificate
• Category certificate if applicable
• 8 passport size photos (same as the one provided on application form)
• Identity proof
• Domicile certificate (state counseling)
• Migration certificate
