Documents required for filling NEET 2018 application form are: aadhaar card, high school passing certificate, high school marksheet, secondary school mark sheet and certificate, transfer etc. Without these documents, it will not be possible for candidates to fill application form of NEET UG 2018. At the time of registration, candidates will be asked for certain details and they must provide them besides paying the application fee to ensure successful registration.
