Documents To be Uploaded at the time of registration, candidates will have to upload some of the documents. These documents must be scanned and kept ready before registering for the counselling. The documents are listed below:

• Internship Certificate
• NEET 2019 Admit Card
• Domicile Certificate
• Caste Certificate
• Certificate that candidate is not taking advantage of the domicile in any other state.
