2. Class XII performance check
3. Undertaking by the candidate
4. Proof of seat acceptance fee payment
5. Photo identity card
6. Original Admit card of JEE (ADV) 2018
7. Date of birth proof
8. Class XII (or equivalent) board marks sheet.
9. Medical certificate
10. Category certificate (OBC-NCL/SC/ST), if applicable
11. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), if applicable.
12. Registration-cum-locked choices for seat allotment.
13. Two passport size photographs identical to the one uploaded during JEE (Main/
ADV) 2018 registration
