In engineering both branches are equal ,subject wise CSE is easy than ECE if you want to become programmer the choose CSE and if you are interest in communication side ,signal etc..,

Choose what was your interest ECE is tough subject compare to CSE.In demand CSE more demand because more companies want programmers to develop their company but it has a problem that all the engineering students go through software side all are able to give more interest on programming.So the companies want to hire who learn more programming languages like .net,c++,c,java,python etc..,

ECE it is every green where we can go communication side as well as  software side .In core side more companies offers job the students who have relavant skills.

Both are very good in future growth.CSE average student should go ECE it really very hard subject.

Here , I would like to suggest you that go through your interest because it will help you to grasp knowledge easily . If you are interested in computer education then you can join CS branch . Further if we compare then both are equivalently good sector and in placement wise ECE is a little better then CSE as it has more sector in public sectors .

These two courses are good for future. both of these are having so many job options. But if you want to do higher studies in technology the ECE will be better option. And in my opinion ECE is much better than CSE. This is a evergreen stream with it's variety of subjects. You can can study so many things than other streams as it is having the vast syllabus. You can appear the government services also. You can appear in GATE and IES too.

Since the branch selection is totally upto you because of course you wouldn't waste your four crucial years studying a stream which is not of your interest. I can just give you an idea of both the branches. Rest the choice would be totally up to you.

Cse is all about coding and programming whereas in ECE you would get physics or will have deal with semi conductors etc.

If you want to secure a good package job then you should go for CSE or else if you are planning for further studies i.e, for masters degree and to enhance your knowledge then you should go for ECE.
