Which engineering branch is preferred for ISRO ?

even though there is specific exam for the intake for the same



they highly depend on the merit of the student than the degrees completed by the candidate



so you should understand one thing clearly that you have to be a good knowledgable person in your subject regard



And the general steps you have to remember to reach your desired goal is ..



->you have to complete your b.tech with good percentage i.e., 65% atleast (preferably 75-80%)



to get into this the main branches are likeME,ECEandCSEyou can get intoISROwith these branches.

Krishna basically all the engineering branches are preferred in this elite organisation of India. But basically there will be more vacancies for the branches like ECE / EEE / AERONAUTICAL / AVIATION / AVIONICS etc. So if you want to join the ISRO the first & the foremost step you might can take after the completion of your class 12th by joining the IIST Thiruvananthapuram via JEE Advance rank . So accordingly you can plan that or you can also join via GATE score based upon your respective Domain.
