Clearly Acharya engineering college is better than AMC engineering college. If you have any such queries, like you are confused which college is better, I would suggest you to compare the previous year's rank wise cutoff. Refer the link for cutoff:

It might not be 100% correct, but its accurate most of the time. (specially when the rank diffence in too much)
