Both BCE Bhagalpur and MIT Muzaffarpur are among top engineering colleges of Bihar.



So, they are on almost same level.



Although BCE Bhagalpur has advantage as IIIT Bhagalpur has same temporary campus which helps in placements, tests and campus environment.



MIT Muzaffarpur has edge over BCE Bhagalpur as it is located in city, so if you want to enroll in any coaching institute for GATE prepations, it will be more convenient.



So, it really depends on your choice. I would suggest to join any of the two in which you get your preferred branch.
