Which engineering college will give full reimbursement for minorities
There are very few colleges that provide full reimbursement, I personally am not aware of any such college that provides full reimbursement. But you should search online, and instead try for any college that provides maximum reimbursement. Your choices will be limited by way too much otherwise.

Hey there,
It totally depends on college to college. Some of the colleges have some criteria and advantages to the minority student. And some provide scholarship. Mainly the colleges give scholarship to the deserving students, in the sense the student who have good marks in his/her previous academic records. I suggest you to contact the admission cell or to the HOD of the department you are willing to get in and have a conversation with your questions about scholarships. They will definetly clear your doubts.
hope that helps
all the best
