If this is your first attempt, try for another year by again attempting JEE Mains and also appear in statewise Engineering Entrance exams like UPSEE, WBJEE, BITSAT etc. For getting college prediction, use our tool here Careers360 JEE Main college predictor . You can also try for private universities or colleges by direct admission process or through management quota.
Your boards percentage is very good but your JEE main rank is not good enough to fetch you a seat in any government colleges. And for CSE you have almost no chances, so please look for some of the private engineering colleges like Sharda, Amity, Manipal, SRM etc. Also, if you have appeared for exams like VITEEE, BITSAT, KIITEE, etc then look for their results and see if you can get a seat.
Even if you get a seat in any government colleges with some lower branches, I would suggest you to go for private engineering college with your desired branch which is CSE. Follow your passion.
