Hello student,
I am sorry to say that with this low percentile, there are absolutely no chances that you will get admission in the top colleges of Maharashtra. However, as you are OBC category student, you still have quite chances of getting a decent private college.
Here is a list of some of those colleges:

Dear aspiring student,
You did not perform well in the MHT CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test). With such a low percentile, you will be unable to enrol in any of the state's good institutes, including all of the state's government institutes. It's because they only admit the top students and have a small number of seats in comparison to the amount of applicants.
Your rank should be close to 62000 based on the percentage you earned. If you want to know which universities are open to you based on your rank, I recommend that you go to this URL:-

This will provide you with a list of colleges in the state where you can apply for admission depending on your MHT CET score.
The following colleges may be able to grant you admission to Mechanical Engineering:
1. Shivaji University, Kolhapur
2. GCE, Chandrapur
3. Maharashtra College of Engineering
4.Shri Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj College of Engineering
5. Jagadamba College of Engineering and Technology
Before enrolling in any of these institutes, make sure to compare them to choose which is the best college for you to pursue your degree. All you have to do to compare colleges is go to this URL:-

I hope it helps.
