All the courses above said are very good courses and depends on how you study during your college time about the salary. In my point of view both ece and nechanmech are very basic and core course and I will suggest you to opt them.

Basically if a student has interest in anyone of them then it would be easy for him to pursue. But if we compare overall then chemical is the easiest among them , then comes ECE and mechatronics and mechanical have same level of difficulty.

Average salary totally depends on your knowledge about the subjects of that stream. Also if you want to know about the first average salary then it also depends on your college.
