If you want to get a good job after engineering, the first thing that you should try to is that you must get admission in a good colleges.Nowadays, there countless unemployed engineering graduates sitting in home for job.Its a harsh realty that 50% of engineering colleges in india don't even give placement to 80% of their students.So, you must aim to enter in IITs or NITs to make sure you get a job after graduating.As far as branch is concerned in my opinion CS and IT sector will be good option considering India's growth is growing rapidly anxiety will grow even more in future.
But the best option is to choose a branch that excites you interests you more.
