First find your interest then decide which engineering is best for you. There are many choices for Engineering. Some of them are evergreen. Mechanical, Electrical are branches whose demands are always there be it private sector or government. Even this branches iffere advantage at other fields too, like you can go to defence or civil services

If you love computer and computer programming then you should go for CSE here job security  is the first thing which comes in mind.In the fast growing technology computer engineering emerges as the most lucrative branch in terms of big packages.

Overall you can consider CSE, ECE ,EE, MnC,IT as the top branches both in terms of packages and research opportunities.

After this your choice should be Civil , Mechanical,Chemical and tgen all other branches .

Hey dear it solely depends on your personal interest and I would suggest you to go for Mechanical engineering or electronics and telecommunication egg since they both are evergreen branches .

So it would be good and they are very much in demand.
