Hello Pradnyesh Ravane , It is not possible to join isro through pcb group because the criteria of joining isro is that the candidate must be completing there engineering with 60% marks and after that they can give exam for isro. And for engineering you need to study mathematics in your 10+2 class.
So, you are not eligible for isro.

Every year ISRO conducts an exam for those who want to secure a scientist/engineer job in ISRO.Candidates from electrical,civil,architecture and RAC stream can appear for the JEE ADVANCED exam.Admission to various IIT's ,NIT's and engineering colleges this exam need to be given.IIST(Indian Institute of Space and Technology) takes admission into their college only for those students who score good marks in JEE Advanced and can be directly recruited by the ISRO as scientist/engineer.

Yes, after 12th completion with PCMB you should go to In dian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) and should opt for BTech and after you score an good percentage you would be having great chances as IIST graduates above a certain pass percentage after cut off in final B.Tech exam are directly absorbed in ISRO system as Scientist/Engineer.
