I would say neither. Both are hard in their own ways. Its how you see it, DU have their entrance exam in MCQ form where you will need to mug up a lot of things and when you can qualify the exam you will also want to be in a good college under DU so in that way it's hard. for JNU the entrance exam is essay type so you will need an elaborate, clear cut thinking and a lot of good points with examples to back your answer. the competition is extremely high in JNU so the seats are limited. At the end of the day, you decide which is easier for you and I hoped this helped.
