See first of all if you want to become a judge then you should meet certain eligibility conditions like :-
**** You should be a citizen of India.
**** You must have a LLB/LLM degree.
**** You must have passed an examination by the state public services examination.
So first of all you should have completed your LLB/LLM for which most popular entrance examination is CLAT and after that you have to appear for an entrance examination on the basis of which you will be appointed as a civil Judge in lower courts :-
>>>> Lower Judiciary Services examination
>>>> Higher Judiciary Services examination clearing which, you will be appointed as an additional district judge.

To become a judge in India you have to hold a degree in law, either LLB or LLM from a government or Bar-Council approved university.
In order to become a judge in India, the person has to qualify for the Judicial Services Examination or the PCS (J)-Provincial Civil Service-Judicial Examination which is held every year by the Public Service Commission of each Indian state under the supervision of the highcourt and state government.
This is the entry level exam for the law graduates to get into the department of judiciary to be a judge.
The Legal Service Examination is conducted via 2 ways:
1.Lower Judiciary Services
2.Higher Judiciary Services
The Judicial Service Exam is conducted under 3 phases:
Phase 1- Prelims exam
Phase 2- Mains Exam
