which exam do I have to give to become BDO
Dear,
In order to become Block Development Officer you have to appear for PSC exam of your state.
Every state conduct their own PSCs exam and the syllabus varies for each state.
Generally there is Paper – I (General Studies), Paper – II (Aptitude Test) and interview.
Eligibility- must have completed your bechelor's degree in any discipline(arts, science, commerce) from recognized university.
Age limit -
The candidate age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 35 years .There is relaxation in upper age limit provided to the candidates of reserved categories.
AGE RELAXATION :
FOR SC/ST : 5 YEARS
FOR OBC : 3 YEARS

BDO -BLOCK DEVELOPMENT OFFICER is an administrative post under State Govt.
One get selected through Administrative Service examination conducted by State Public Service Commission.
The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years.
So, in order to become a B.D.O. , you need to clear the PCS exam conducted by the Public Service Commission of your state.
