both JEE mains and EAMCET exam is engineering entrance exam and both are good the only difference between them is EAMCET is a state level engineering and JEE mains is a national level entrance exam, by qualifying EAMCET exam you will be limited to take admission in colleges located in state andhra pradesh and telengana while by qualifying JEE mains and advanced you will be able to take admissions in NIT and IIT's
